烟台人为什么说夲地海鲜好吃?

那是无上的美味,这就是烟台本地人为啥说烟台产的好吃的原因。

渤海湾大虾有时你去东口、西口码头偶尔能逢上三个五个,论个卖,二两左右的一个要二百元。

当年罐头厂的野生渤海湾大对虾出口日本,小日本就要虾身,那虾有小孩胳膊那么粗,好东西当时都叫小矮人吃啦。虾头处理,带虾脑,老百姓买回来熬白菜,汤都是红的,那叫一个鲜。吃多啦流鼻血。

认为是优越感体现,凭什么卖的贵,纯纯智商税
本地莱州的梭子蟹就是比连云港大的好
本地刺参就是比南方海参有营养

其实这个就是国家说的地理标识产品

我记得小气候看过一篇文章,海边的鱼堆成山,黄色的是金山,银色的是银山。小贩傍晚叫卖虾头(虾身子出口了),那虾大的,一个虾头就有大半碗虾脑。写的很好,可惜忘记名字了。

听老烟台人说,当年在南海沿,打上来的腈鱼堆得像山一样,只要鱼籽,好做鱼子酱出口,鱼肉都不稀得吃都推海里啦,爬虾就更没人吃啦。渔民嫌弃粘网上,往下摘费劲还费网。现在这都是好东西啦。

所谓本地的海鲜好吃其实是指冷水海货好吃,不光烟台,大连丹东的也都好,类似于东北大米和南方大米的区别
